I'm not a managed services firm with a helpdesk and a ticketing system. I'm the person who shows up, knows your infrastructure, and keeps things running. My clients are commercial real estate firms, geotechnical testing laboratories, and specialty manufacturers — businesses that can't afford downtime and don't have time for vague answers.
My engineering background means I evaluate technology at every layer — physical, logical, and application. When I make a recommendation, it's based on first principles, not a trade publication.
